Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchase of products(s).  If you have any concerns or questions prior to ordering any product you may contact us at 416 469-2100 or info@livingwaterstherapies.ca.

We also do not except returns on Gift Certificates.   Gift Certificates may be exchanged for the same dollar value (CAD) for another service or product offered in our clinic. All transactions are processed in CAD. Orders for Gift Certificates can be printed on your computer.  You will be able to choose your own design and fill in the information re: giver and receiver.

We advise you to treat every gift certificate as cash. If a gift certificate is lost, it cannot be replaced.

Once an order has been placed online and payment has been processed we do not accept cancellations.

Payment

All transactions are in Canadian Dollars.  Living Waters Therapies allows you to pay for your order with Mastercard or Visa, using secure payment methods. Every transaction is transferred using a secure connection to Moneris Solutions, our payment partner, operated by RBC Royal Bank and BMO Bank of Montreal.

For security reasons, you must enter your billing address and name exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. The address of delivery can differ.
